Privacy Policy
Keystone IT Connect owns and operates Fore Four. Keystone IT Connect designed, developed, hosts and manages the service, and uses third-party infrastructure and communications providers that may process information on Keystone's behalf. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.
Information we collect
- Organizer information: your mobile phone number and, optionally, your name.
- Invitee information: organizers may provide names and mobile numbers belonging to friends or other invitees.
- Round information: course, date, time, notes, invitations, participants and responses.
- Feedback: anything you submit through the feedback form, along with the page it was sent from.
- Technical information: IP addresses, device and browser information, an essential session cookie, server logs and security events.
How we use information
Information is used for authentication, sending and managing golf invitations and responses, support, security, fraud prevention and operation of the service. Invitee phone numbers will not be used for unrelated marketing without separate consent. We do not sell or rent personal information.
Sharing with providers
Information may be shared with hosting, database, communications and security providers as needed to operate Fore Four. Fore Four currently uses SMTP2GO to deliver text messages and Replit to host the application and its PostgreSQL database. We may disclose information if required by law.
Cookies
We use an essential session cookie to keep you logged in and local storage to remember cookie preferences and dismissals. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. See our Cookie Policy for details about storage and the publishing platform's analytics setting.
Data retention
Information is retained only as long as reasonably needed to operate the service, comply with legal obligations and maintain security records.
Your rights: access, correction and deletion
Organizers and invitees may request access to, correction of, or deletion of their personal information. Organizers can delete their account and associated data from the Settings page. Anyone may submit a request through our Privacy / Data Deletion Request form; we verify that you control the phone number on the request before releasing or deleting information.
Security
We use reasonable security controls to protect your information, but no internet service can promise absolute security.
Children
Fore Four is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.
Changes
If we make material changes to this policy, we will update the version and effective date shown above.
