Terms of Use
These Terms of Use constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Keystone IT Connect ("Keystone," "Fore Four," "we," "us" or "our"). Fore Four is a software product designed, developed, hosted, managed and supported by Keystone IT Connect. Fore Four is not a separate legal entity.
1. Acceptance of Terms
Creating an organizer account, creating a round, sending an invitation or submitting a response to an invitation constitutes use of Fore Four and acceptance of these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use Fore Four.
2. Eligibility
Fore Four is not intended for children under 13. Anyone under 18 may use Fore Four only with permission and supervision from a parent or legal guardian.
3. Description of the Service
Fore Four helps golfers organize groups, invite potential players and communicate about proposed rounds of golf. Organizers create rounds, invite golfers by text message, and invitees claim spots or join a waitlist.
4. Limited Role
Fore Four is a communication and coordination tool. Fore Four is not a golf course, tee-time booking service, transportation provider, payment processor, background-check service or event organizer. Fore Four does not verify participants or guarantee availability, attendance, identity, compatibility, conduct, reservations, course conditions, pricing or completion of a planned round.
5. User Responsibility
You are responsible for your communications, reservations, expenses, transportation, personal safety and in-person interactions. Keystone IT Connect and Fore Four are not responsible for injuries, property damage, cancellations, no-shows, course policies, disputes or participant conduct.
6. Organizer Responsibility for Contact Information
If you provide another person's name or mobile number, you certify that you know the recipient, the recipient reasonably expects the golf invitation, you have permission to provide the number, and the number will not be used for advertising, spam, harassment or unlawful messages.
7. SMS Communications
Fore Four may send requested login messages, golf invitations, responses and round-related updates by text message. See the SMS Terms for details, including opt-out options.
8. Prohibited Messaging
Fore Four may not be used for cold outreach, purchased contact lists, lead generation, political messages, advertising, bulk messaging or unsolicited promotions.
9. Accounts and Security
You are responsible for controlling your phone, login links and account. Anyone with access to your text messages can access your account, so keep your device secure. Keystone may suspend accounts showing abuse, spam, suspicious activity or unauthorized access.
10. Acceptable Use
You agree not to engage in harassment, threats, impersonation, scraping, automated abuse, interference with the service, distributing malicious links, illegal activity, or attempts to bypass opt-outs or messaging limits.
11. Intellectual Property
Fore Four's software, name, logo, design, text and original content are owned by Keystone IT Connect unless otherwise stated. You may not copy, modify or redistribute them without permission.
12. Third-Party Services
Fore Four depends on third-party hosting, database, communications and internet providers. Keystone cannot guarantee the availability of outside systems, including mobile carriers and message delivery networks.
13. Service Availability
Fore Four may be updated, interrupted, modified, suspended or discontinued at any time. We do not promise uninterrupted, completely secure or error-free service.
14. Disclaimer of Warranties
Fore Four is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement, to the maximum extent permitted by Pennsylvania law.
15. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Keystone IT Connect will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential or special damages arising from your use of Fore Four, including missed rounds, missed messages or disputes between participants. Nothing in these Terms waives rights or liabilities that cannot legally be waived.
16. Indemnification
You are responsible for claims resulting from your misuse of the service, unlawful messages, lack of permission to use a phone number you provided, or violation of another person's rights.
17. Suspension and Termination
Keystone may suspend or terminate access for spam, abuse, security threats, unlawful behavior or repeated violations of these Terms.
18. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles.
19. Changes
We may update these Terms. The effective date and version are shown at the top of this page. Material future changes will require organizer accounts to accept the updated Terms.
